I hold a BA (2014) including an elective in Arab Area studies, and MA (2017) from Aarhus University, both of them in Anthropology.
Throughout my studies and professional life, I have been interested in the questions that emerge around what human interrelatedness is, in the case of gender and sexuality. I have also worked on experiences of playfulness and creativity, in dialogue with other disciplines. I have conducted fieldwork for the MA in Jordan.

During the Ph.D. I will do further fieldwork there, as I investigate how notions of freedom in relation to gender or the body is experienced and linked to physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing in life, and how this is related to an ethics of the other, and to a potential emerging community.

I look forward to seeing both old and new faces at CAS.
